■Semiautomatic centrifugal separator

■The centrifugal separator of a semiautomatic type rotates Scrapar in the rotor by turning an upper scraper axis after the rotor stops when cleaning it and the sludge (removal corpuscle) is exhausted from the lower side of the lack drop and the collection work can be done. The trestle is needed for a lower exhaust.

■Fully-automatic centrifugal separator

■The centrifugal separator of a fully-automatic type can be continuously driven and the collection of the sludge is easy. Scrapa is driven by the gear motor through the bevel gear. Moreover, the cleaning operation with person's hand is reproduced with the sequence control. The sludge is surely lacked and dropped repeating the normal rotation and the reversal while improving the rotation corner of the scraper in the step. It became easy to succeed in postponing the longevity of the device because of not breaking of the scraper shaft by the difference of the structure of an automatic unit compared with a past fully-automatic centrifugal separator series easily, and the structure to fix the rotor unnecessary and the suppression of the total height to low, and to be adopted more.
